In 1996 Juli and I started JulRich Homes with a simple business plan, based on few bedrock principles.

First, our business will grow when we take great care of our client(s).

Second, nothing is more important than our ability to listen to what our client(s) have to say.

Third, we knew that to build great homes meant we needed great relationships with our suppliers and our sub-contractors.

Finally, we made sure never to forget that the details and the relationships are what really matter.
